Fear is a tyrant among men, it controls the lives of others. The emotions and actions of a man can be dominated by fear. Romeo and Juliet is the perfect example of this idea. Romeo Montague is afraid of telling of his marriage, the Friar is afraid of communicating openly, and Juliet Capulet is afraid of displeasing her parents. There are many different excuses to fear, but that’s all they are excuses.
Romeo Montague, a dashing young man, is afraid to share of his marriage with the world. In Act II Scene VI covers the marriage of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo didn’t invite his parents to this important point in his life. This point is again proven in Act III Scene I. Romeo comes directly from his marriage and is confronted by Tybalt. Tybalt
