Ethical dilemma occurs in situations in which an individual must make a decision in which course of action is best, or there must be different courses of action to choose from and compromising some ethical dilemma the action must be taken (Allen Kelly, 2017). Being in a healthcare field, ethical dilemma may occur frequently, making it hard for health care professional to face difficulty to choose the right path. Dilemma may not be between right and wrong choices. It is more about what is the right thing to do. Sometimes trying to do the right thing may not be the easy thing to do.
