Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, supposedly by Lee Harvey Oswald. First off, in the Zapruder film and pictures taken on the event, one lone man is holding an open umbrella as the car passes even though it wasn’t raining outside. As the car passes the umbrella man, Kennedy is struck by the first bullet and it’s also speculated that the umbrella man could have been a signal for a second shooter since when the car passes he lifts the umbrella up a few inches. Many speculate that the umbrella was some sort of weapon that fired darts, but the owner, Louie Steven Witt begs to differ. Louie Steven testified and explained, “the umbrella was a symbol of protest against JFK’s father, Joseph Kennedy. He opened the umbrella when he thought JFK could see it. The umbrella blocked his view of Kennedy being assassinated causing him to not to panic and run away like everyone else.” I don’t necessarily believe this story since it sounds strange because he would of at least heard the gunshots go off. Also a department of defense weapons developer, Charles Senseney claimed to have built the weapon himself that would fire off darts when opened. He claims, “a form of this weapon exists since he designed it.” This would explain why the umbrella was open both before and after Kennedy was …show more content…
Johnson (LBJ) had him assassinated. LBJ wanted political power and gain, he was also bored and emasculated of being vice president. There was a rumor going around at the time that LBJ was going to be dropped from the election ballot the next year, LBJ also had an angering talk with JFK the day before the assassination and he played a big part in JFK going to Texas in the first place since LBJ had no political control over it. A woman named ___ claimed to have heard him say some terrible things about Kennedy but this was later was proven to be false. She claimed to have heard him say, “After tomorrow those Kennedy’s will never threaten me again. That’s no threat. That’s a promise.” Secondly, the Russians we believed to be behind the assassination since there was tension between the United States and Russia and if people found out that Russia assassinated a president, it could start an instant war. A hypothesis can be created by conspiracy theories that contradict how history or simple facts are understood. Bombs and missiles were involved in the terrible events of 9/11. The Mandela Effect gives an explanation for why people remember something but looking back it never happen. JFK’s assassination has many conspiracy theories surrounding it, from the umbrella man to the Russians assassinating John F. Kennedy. Even though conspiracy theories provide a believable hypothesis, not everyone believes them to be true. Conspiracy

This theory claims that the bullet, which struck President Kennedy in the back of the throat, exited his throat at a forty-five degree angle then proceeded to make a series of turns eventually striking Governor Jack Connally through his shoulder and finally his hand. This theory is one that starts to question the credibility of the Warren Commission and starts to demonstrate their attempts to cover up this assassination. The next theory is the “Grassy Knoll Theory.” This theory claims that a fourth shot was made that day from the Grassy Knoll in Dealey Plaza. This theory was not given credibility however until 1979 when the House Select Committee of Assassinations concluded that there was a ninety-five percent certainty that a fourth shot had been fired from the Grassy Knoll (Posner 1).…

Maybe, a few hours after Kennedy was declared dead Johnson ordered for the presidential limo to be remodeled and all evidence to be locked away for 75 years. So why was Oswald accused of the murder of JFK? Because he was the CIAs backboard to blame after the assassination was complete and then no one will know the truth behind the assassination. Some people believe that Oswald did really kill the president, but why did Oswald wait for the limo to turn on Elm St. and not on Houston St where he could have a clear straight shot at the president that if he missed the first time he could get him with a second shot at the intersection of Houston and Elm…

In contrast, David Reitzes believes that JFK’s “back and to the left” body movement was caused by a shot that came from the book depositary and also by a seizure-like neuromuscular reaction. Mr. Duffy affirms his belief of a conspiracy theory with different reasons such as Parkland doctors’ testimonies and with Paul Chambers study of the JFK’s head shot. David Reitzes belief that the backwards movement is due to a physic concept is explained by various reasons such as a study that shows the contradiction in the Parkland doctors’ testimonies and with the physic behind the backward movement of the president’s body. My suggestion to the United States government would be to inform the population with clear evidence of what truly happened to JFK’s body when he got shot. This could discourage people to believe in conspiracies that are not based on evidence that have…

The Kennedy Assassination There are many conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, (JFK). One of the most prominent, is that lone gunman and communist sympathizer Lee Harvey Oswald, on his own accord, took matters into his own hand and singlehandedly planned and executed the President of the United States of America. Another theory was that Oswald was a pawn in a deadly game of politics and mafia wars and was directed by the powers that be to kill JFK, and in an effort to prevent him from ever exposing the plot, he too was murdered in cold blood. Curiously, the theory that weighs in most heavily is that Lee Harvey Oswald was framed for the murder of JFK. Popular conspiracy theories claimed the “government” was behind it and the murder was in retaliation for a political upset, specifically, the Bay of Pigs conflict in Cuba (Polidoro, 2005).…

Also LBJ had a political career that was being threatened by a corruption scandal, and when he entered the presidency the issue was overcomed (22 November 1963). Lyndon B. Johnson might have been motivated by these things to kill the president.…
