With the nursing career you are inside of a hospital, nursing home or at school. It really depends on depending where and what kind of nurse you would like to be. You will be inside of a building working with people in a social environment. Also, always have to be on your toes, you will have to know your math and science at the back of your hand. The skills you learn in school you will use almost every day on the job. On the other hand being a game warden you will be all over the place in the woods, on a boat, or even on foot. Some days you could even be on a four wheeler or plane. Sometimes you will be in the office doing paperwork, but most of the time you are out dealing with the public or the wildlife. In the job of game warden you will work every holiday and often exceed the typical 40 hour work week. Depends on what is going like if it is a stakeout or if you are waiting to bust someone for illegal hunting or fishing. The education is different, you are learning different things also the timing for schooling is shorter for nursing then it is for a game warden. The salary and benefits are also a contrast you make more as a nurse in SC then you do as a game warden. The benefits are completely different since nursing is not a one is a federal and government job and the game warden is a federal and government job. Then there is the environment were as a nurse you are indoor compared to outdoors and never know where you will wind up at the end of the day with having the career of being a game warden. Some careers seem easy to pick between one or the other as a college student. Therefore to me it is very hard since I love helping people when they are in need, but hate being indoors all day. On top of that having a passion for the law. Even if they have a lot in contrasting I will still have to follow what my heart says to go
