Mission Statement
To cater to families and provide an all-inclusive integrated behavioral and cohesiveness program that will meet the needs of our community, while promoting the quality of life within our community.
. Program Vision
Collaborating with families, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Social Services, and other qualified partners who are in accordance with promoting behavior support services to children, young adults, and families live a healthy life. It is our duty to serve and deliver accelerate the rights of people who may be needlessly impaired. The program evaluation must be useful information to the stakeholders as they anticipate the program as the needs are met. While stakeholders evaluation may differ depending on the circumstances of the program stages. For instance an evaluation need during the planning and expansion of a program are not like the planning of a mature plan. Therefore stakeholders expect adequate communication as well as a clear understanding during the communication process. This include: educational institutions, patients, public health, government and community agencies, therapist, and paraprofessionals.
Roles and responsibilities of stakeholders
The role of a stakeholder’s intervention program has several areas as to how the program is operated, and how their responsibilities is carried out these areas are described below:
1. Policy Maker-adjudicate the approval of the program to be established
2. Program Sponsors- government agencies and humanitarian organizations who funds the program
3. Program Administrator- a person who operate the daily run of the …show more content…
Internally for example the business must run smoothly, without any interruptions, just as a church could not function properly without a leader (pastor) and its members, This means to execute the program evaluation it must have information (input) as to how the program is exercised and the production (output) as to if the program is productive in a either in a successful status or failure status.
