In Greek mythology Ares was the god of war and the son of Zeus king of the gods and his mother was Hera, Zeus’ wife. He was aggressive and ruthless because he personified the brutal nature of was; but the negative thing of these things is that he was unpopular with all living things, gods, goddesses, and humans. His brother created all the animals and gave them gifts like courage to swiftness and, depending upon the animal, fur, feathers, and anything in between. But they were also told to create something that was superior to anything else on the earth, but Epimetheus had run out of the resources that he was given and thus had to go to his brother to ask for aid in doing this. Prometheus, still having all the resources given to him, then created humans. He made them able to walk upright and made them in a nobler fashion. He taught them the use of plants with their medicinal powers, how to cultivate the ground, and how to tame horses. Lastly, he went to the sun in the heavens and lit a torch for which he then gave to humanity, thus making the gifts that they had received far superior to any of the gifts that the animals had been …show more content…
When he arrived there, he accidently killed his grandfather with a discus, thus making the prophecy that said he would kill his grandfather come true.
There is one legend that says he went to Asia with his wife and son. There his son, Perses, ruled a type of peoples called the Persians, from which they got their name from Perses.

Which one is the best? Now that everything has been said about these three I am going to have to decide which one of these three are the best. I think that the best of these three would have to be Perseus because even though he was a demigod he had a lot of characteristics that made him more inclined to be a mortal and less like a god. This would cause some people to think that at first he could not do anything that was big or very important, but this is not true...
HE KILLED Medusa! This is no ordinary action and feat that you would think that someone like him could do. He survived being thrown into the sea with his mother and then did anything he had to save her and himself from the fate that they had when he simply could have given up and let the things that Polydectes wanted to do. But he did what he had to and took them back to Greece.
