“America's Gift to my Generation”
Did you know that every year more than 180,000 people enlist in the military? The military gives my generation the gift of being a unified country, showing we are strong and independent, and protecting our beliefs and freedoms. Coming from a family with a history of military service, I've learned to appreciate having a military for our country. We should be thankful and always recognize the gifts America has provided for us.
One gift is representing unity. Males and females come together as one to serve as a team. Second, everyone serving has a common goal, no matter who he or she is. Third, a majority of people in America usually rally around and or support the military, its people, and its cause. Pauline
