Vulnerability is often seen as weakness when it could lead to a more fulfilling life. It is about being more open but in this world, that is seen as weakness that others could exploit. Being vulnerable can make people realize that they cannot do everything especially in the workplace. People work all day and night trying to complete all the work they have to do without realizing that it isn’t possible.
