My Spiritual Autobiography

There is always a first for something and this would be the first time I am writing a spiritual autobiography. It’s different from an actual autobiography because a spiritual autobiography consists of details of person mindset towards their religion. Nevertheless religion has two aspects either the people are deeply religious or the people are laid back spiritual.

Having a rock bottom solid knowledge of the cultural facts and heritage behind any religion helps any person to discuss it very broadly. Hence Islam is a peaceful, pure religion thus my family members all respect the religion and would encourage everyone in our family to follow it the correct way . By saying the correct way I am not trying to distinguish that there is a bad way and correct way, rather I only mentioned good way because many tend to forget to follow the rituals of this religion and it should always be remembered. This is why my family members would all follow the same religion, we all encourage each other to keep the rituals, and always remember our believes toward Islam. I would say it does matter to all families not just min to keep the same religion, coming from a personal experience my cousin has a very strict religious father who is very condemned towards Islam. My uncle has to tell my cousin go read Arabic, go read the Quran, go do your prayers. My cousin follows the religion but the issue with him is that he does not want to keep doing the same thing continuously. As of today he does follow Islam however spiritually, offers daily prayers, read the Quran, at his leisure. Every Muslim’s follow the same …show more content…
Many practice it highly and may practice accordingly. Many people find it that it keeps tradition and assures that the religion is being respected. Three things that I believe in in regards to Islam is that there is only one god whom is Allah and his messenger Muhammad (SAW), as long as I pray two or 3 times out of the five daily prayers then I am respecting Allah, and lastly I believe that anyone can practice this religion whether if they put their mind towards it. One religious ide that I am most comfortable supporting is to pray five times a day, with so much advantage and resources a person would not need to know Arabic to learn how to perform the prayers. When I forgot how to perform the day prayers I simply googled “how to pray five times in English translation” and found many videos on how to pray. Even though I am Muslim and follow Islam, I would like to know how other religion beliefs are. Whether if they have spiritual people or religious people, it would be nice to explore other religions and learn cultural and historical pieces that constructed the
