If there is anything in this world that I don't like is that some guys are sexist. Also that women are treated differently than men and that's not right. What I mean by that some guys are sexist is that some of them think that what they do that women can't do even though we can. Also they are judgemental about us. Saying that we have it easier in life, we don't need to work you can be a stay at home wife, and that we can't do anything compare to what they do as a job or sports/activities. Also boys/men would always compare us to what we should do. They would say that women are weaker than them. For example if you have a husband or boyfriend the boyfriend or husband would want to work and do the harder stuff in the relationship. While women …show more content…
We might not have the same pay because they think we can't handle the job so when we do they would expect us to do a terrible job even though we might did the best one out of all the employes. Also some of the guys that are managers are sexist and would choose women with the better body instead with the one with the better academics. Also so they would choose who they think would be the better fit for the job so they can make the more money than the other women. For example if a girl named Emily applied for a job to work at a job to refill and carry them inside a store and their is a another women named Hannah she applied for the same job. Emily has the academics and the skill for the job but it is just her weight holding her back. Hannah doesn't have the academics or skill for the job but she wasn't so thick unlike Emily. Some men would choose the one with the better body even though they weren't smart unlike the women that was a little bit overweight but she has the skills to do the job. Some guys are not sexist but some guys are. Basically have the men are sexist and the other half are not sexist. I would go on strike or try to prove the guys to see that whatever they can do women can do that

The practice of a woman taking a mans name is something that people have accepted as a norm. Personally I never even questioned the practice. I don’t think this is because I am a misogynist. In our society today, there are still many techniques of discrimination that one would think had been eradicated years ago. One of these techniques is sexism, which is the act of prejudice, stereotyping, and/or intolerance on the basis of gender. Sexism has taken control over the way people think and it affects the job industry, government decisions, the media, and unfortunately, education. Children begin to experience sexism at a young age, typically in elementary school. An example of a subliminal sexist message that they might experience would be a teacher scolding a female student for acting in an unorthodox fashion that does not fit the ‘calm, respectful, and neat’ stereotype for girls, but then excusing the same actions of a male student, using the overused, disgusting statement ‘boys will be boys.’…

Argumentation: The Feminist Movement has the goal of making sure that women’s rights are equal to men’s rights. This point is valid because women are no different from men besides some body parts and physical characteristics. There is not a real reason for men to be able to get higher paying jobs than women, men and women have plenty of careers that are the same but men get a higher percentage of money. For every 64 cents that an African American woman earns, a white man gets a dollar. That is 36 cents more than what some women are getting even though they Kalau 5 have the same job.…

It seems like these days rape has become a common occurrence. If you look at any news outlet, new stories and cases can be found just about daily. Today’s society is becoming increasingly desensitized to rape because it is seen so frequently. With cases piling up, we begin to see each new instance as a meer number and forget the weight of these heinous crimes, as well as, the toll it can take on the victim. The most common place you see sexism is in jobs. No matter what job you have, there will always be that one person who is sexist. Sexism doesn’t just happen to girls, it can happen to boys too. Most of the time you just hear about, it is about girls because boys are always told “suck it up” or “be a man”. According to Arsene Hodali, “boys are commonly shown less compassion than girls from an early age (among other things, boys are picked up after and slower than girls when they cry).…
