Per Reporter:
Albert came to school today, 9/27/16, with a bruise on his left forearm. The bruise is 3 or 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. He also have 2 small bruises on his right arm. He said his uncle (unknown) whooped him with a belt because he did not understand how to do his homework. The school nurse (Ellen) called the aunt (Crayshell) and she said she had no knowledge of the bruise. She said he might have fell down outside. The reporter has not spoken with the uncle. The school nurse left a message with mom, she has not returned the call. Reporter stated there is no known history of abuse. She believes the child did not attend the school last year. Reporter that the child’s shirt was fifth today and he complained of his arm hurting.
