"Nothing great was ever accomplished without making sacrifices" Jim Burlenson. Sacrifice is being willing to give up something good for something better; whether its time, money, energy, and even life. People around the world are always making sacrifices, and in the end value comes out of it. When it is the right time to make a sacrifice? What kind of sacrifices are there? What comes out of making sacrifies? Sacrifice is easier when thinking about the gaining and not the lose.

What are the different kinds of sacrifices humans are making everyday? Time, rather then going out and partying, some choose to stay home and take the time to study or sleep. Money, technology is a major part played in todays century, so technoloy cost a lot more. Some families make a sacrife of not even having a phone, so they are able to put food on the table for there loved ones. Relationships have many sacrifices, it takes time, energy, and money. Many couples will argue over whose house they will go to for Christmas, Thanksgiving, all the holidays. Around the world there is starvation, people without homes, when making that sacrifice to help that person inside the feeling is gratifaction. Helping a friend in need by bringing an apple for them to eat lunch gives happiness. We make sacrifices for our goals in life. Staying home to get good grades results in achievement and comfort. Sacrifice to excercise everyday, Barbra Jawoski states, " Excercise allows you to reduce the levels of coristal, a hormorne which has been linked to causing stress and low moods in your body.
