One main thing this chapter talks about is how to form a introduction. The first thing you have to do is to get the audience's attention. Sometimes this is called a hook ,which is made to grab the audience's attention so they will listen to what you have to say. There are many simple ways to do it like asking a question,stating a quotation or fact and then connect that to what you are speaking about in your speech. Asking a question is a one main way to get the audience's attention. Usually when speaking you should be asking a rhetorical questions.
