Reflective practice is a way of studying own experiences to improve the way you work. This helps you to look at how you have done or how you do things and see if you can improve in anyway. It will get you to look at……
What happened?
How did I appreciate it?
Did I approach it positively?
How did my approach affect others?
What did not go well?
What can I do to improve and who can help me?
These questions will make you look at skills and knowledge and help you gain further skills and knowledge and help address any issues that are there.

Reflective practice is important as it gives you feedback, this will show you areas that you are good in, this will give you confidence, it also shows you where you will need help to improve and where to get
