2. Physical Bullying- is when one or more person(s) use direct contact to injure another person usually to down grade someone’s social status or self-confidence. A bully might push you around damage or steal your property, they will also pick on children who can’t fight back. Kids that are bullied can through many hard times and after the bullying has stop that isn’t the end it carries on. Many kids suffer negative effects such as depression and anxiety, increase in feeling sad, health problems and decrease in need to achieve. (Services, n.d.) as said on (Anon., 2005) ‘Some people think bullying is just part of growing up and a way for young people to learn to stick up for themselves.’
But that is not true bullying breaks their self-esteem it can also make you feel lonely, unhappy, sometimes even unsafe, not wanting to participate in family activities, wanting to left alone, become shy, panic attacks, not being able to sleep and having nightmares. (Anon., 2005)
6. If someone was being bullied at TWC there are a couple of things you could do.
Step 1: report to a teacher that someone is being bullied and tell them where they are bullied (the place.)
Step 2: If the bulling has not stopped try reporting it to someone with more power over the school. At TWC this would be Mrs Thomson or even Ms Tarska. Step 3: by now if the bulling has still not stopped try complaining in writing to the staff member and keep sending reminders to them. The member should investigating the situation and talk to the bully and if the bully in caught he/she should be punished immediately. The staff member should also keep you updated. (Anon.,
