Hello Kristan, I trust the most beneficiary to the case would be to use the claim of abuse for the closing statement, mostly because she doesn’t have any record in which abuse ever occurred. Closing argument supposed to be the winning statement that convince the jury that the defendant is guilty of that crime. However, burglary would be another way to go, but it wouldn’t convince the jury as much as the claim of abuse would, especially along with an unfaithful wife. I would imagine to get the attention of the jury would be to start off with something factual.

Dear David, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can stick Velcro straps to the surface of our fabric bulletin board (not the cork variation), but the adhesive force is not very strong. Our bulletin board is designed more as a pin board, that means you adhere pictures, papers, notes, etc by pins (there are 10 colorful pins included in the set). Dear Professor Zolbanin, Today I discovered Marketing 450 will not be offered in Fall 2017. Fall 2017 is the only semester that I have left to take classes in before graduation. This is an elective that is currently mandatory of the BA major. As John Ledbetter, Professor Chen, yourself, and I discussed, I would like to state my interest in taking CIS 413 as a supplement to Marketing 450 to meet my requirements for the major. Thank you for all your help.…

Dear Mr, Elie Wiesel. My English recently finished your book "Night", one of the few survivor stories of the Holocaust. Discrimination among differences still exists.…

Dear Editor, During this constitutional convention, I’ve noticed things that were said on the federalist and the anti-federalist side. I have taken the side of the federalist and agreed completely on what they all have said. We have covered all subjects such as: Separation of powers/checks and balances, the elastic clause, Congressional powers of taxation and war, and A bill of rights. When discussing the separation of powers, we all agreed that having a checks and balances system would suit us best; therefore, there won’t be any one person in charge there would be three branches of government.…

Gradually as the haze lifted and her pulse slowed she rolled over propping herself up on an elbow, "Momma I saw giant red hot flames rising out of smokestacks and soaring in the sky. " she yawned she wiped the sleep out her eyes and glanced at her fragile mother who was bent over placing items in a satchel. "What are you doing momma?" She inquired.…

After reviewing my persuasive speech over why the University of Oklahoma is the best university in the nation, I would sum up my speech as a little bit of train wreck. Although I made good claims with factual evidence, the amount of stuttering I did, and all the times I was choked up throughout the speech drew my audience’s attention away. From this, I lost my audience’s belief that I was competent of the information I was reiterating to them. At the introduction of my speech I believe I started out fairly strong and gave a good run down of the coming speech.…
