Defining
Personal Vision
I am a value-driver of my work; I am a controller of my life. Professionally, I expect to work in the department that could directly create the value for the corporation and am an active player in the team. In other words, I tend to be the busiest guy in the unit, especially during the beginning period of my career. From another prospective, although the work is one of the most important parts for me, I still persist to take the life at the first position.

Personal Mission
To achieve the personal vision, I am expected to establish a mission to determine the essence of personal goals and plans. More specifically, learning the practical skills and obtaining specific experiences from current studying and working are the primary ways for me to explore the new blocks with my business partners. My mission focus on working in new blocks that other competitors may not achieve.

Also, personally I tend to work in the different industries at the beginning of my career. This habit may not fit for the finance industry, cause the company operates with a strict hierarchy system. Another concern is from the family that I am the only child in the family, which implies that my parents(stakeholders) are expected me to live near them in the future.

BCG Matrix Assumption
Personally, the global experiences are seen as my ‘star’ to work with any international business-related industry, while the financial supports from my stakeholders are my current ‘cash cow’. Currently, how to effectively use the financial supports, from my stakeholders to develop the ‘star’ (the skills from my global experiences) and transfer those competencies to achieve my personal vision and mission, should be applied by a series of methods I learned from the Strategy as Action

My Personal Goal Statement Every day I wake up, I ask myself how I can make a difference. This question has helped shape my personal values and principles and directed my path into the nursing field. Growing up in West Africa and witnessing firsthand the sufferings and impoverishment of the people around me, I developed a sense of compassion and willingness to make a difference and help alleviate their sufferings and put a smile on their faces. Healthcare delivery and poverty are two major underlying factors in the challenges faced in Africa, thus, when I got an opportunity to come into the United States, it was my golden ticket to finally give back to the community and make a difference. The main reason why I think that HACC is the best choice for me is because of the cost. The rates per credit are around $250 and that is for in-state residents. The total cost for a commuter would be around $13,750 for a student who is full time, which means they are taking 12 credits per term (Stager). This price of $13,750 includes the price of books, supplies, food, and transportation and it is an average price for all HACC students (HACC.edu). I think that I could easily cut some of the cost by trying to buy my books online for a cheaper price or even eating at home to save a lot of money.…

Keeping my three personal and professional goals realistic, I would have to say a personal goal is to finish school at SNHU with a 3.0 GPA or above. I think a way for me to accomplish this goal is to stay focused on the tasks at hand, maintain a good relationship with my advisors and to utilize some of the tutoring options that are available to me as a student. Another personal goal is to work on myself, mentally. I cannot be a good mom or wife when I have the stress, anxiety and depression that I do. A way to help accomplish this goal is to not only start speaking with a psychiatrist (first appointment is August 4th) but to also have my thyroid checked.…

The vision of the company pertains “to the long-term objectives” to refer to the direction the company is headed in the future (Ozdem 2011). The vision is not simply a paragraph, but refers to the two aspects that the company wants to uphold to ensure that they can withstand the test of time and continue bringing about positive change to all the lives they touch individually and in communities.…
