PER REPORTER: The parents are going through a divorce. There has been nothing filed in court. All of this started about a week ago with mom having an affair. Dad wasn't aware that anything was wrong. On last night, the reporter talked to law enforcement and they advised him to contact CPS. They said it was nothing they could do. The reporter stated mom's boyfriend was beating on the children. He said they went to court and he was found guilty. Mom was present in court but her boyfriend wasn't. There was a restraining order put in place. On January 1st, dad came home from working in Florida. Jaycee broke down balling and told dad what happened. Jaycee said Kevin grabbed her by her arm and jerked her hard enough for her to fall on the ground. Jaycee testified in …show more content…
Jaycee had a bruiseon her right wrist; it wasn't bad. There were no pictures taken. Jacob Jr. was slapped in the back of the head. Previously, he had stitches in his chin. The scar busted back open when he fell and hit his chin on the floor. He fell due to Kevin slapping the back of his head. Dad hasn't heard that anything happened to Jaylynn but she witnessed it all. The incident happened on New Years Eve or New Years Day. It was really the children's first time being around Kevin. They were at his home in Alabama. They have been around him (Kevin) before. Mom said it didn't happen they way they said it did. Jaycee has ADHD. Mom said she was throwing a trantrum and tried to swing at her. She said Kevin grabbed her arm to try to stop her. The reporter hasa text of them threatening to leave the state of MS. They believe mom and Kevin will go to Illinois. According to the reporter, mom took the children last night. Mom has been gone all night. It's unknown if the children are okay. Mom couldn't be reached. In court, the judge told the parents they had to work together.
