He was incredibly professional, very kind and understanding because I had spaced my registration and he explained things to me and talked to me very nicely and I just think that, I know that everyone calls to complain all the time about things, and I just wanted to call and say what a nice experience I had with Officer Smith."
On 9/24/16 I received another comment from an out of state citizen who was stopped by Smith for a traffic violation. They called the comment line to say that Smith was very courteous, kind and professional.
