Observation:
Observation was one of the research methods that we implemented into our research specifically naturalistic observation; observing subjects in their natural environment. We spent a great deal of time conducting this research and determining efficient solutions. By observing the customers in their natural setting, we can get a better look at the behaviors as well as the interests of the customers as they occur in the real-world. This method allows us to test not only the mobile, but the social aspects of SoLoMo. We are going to be observing all departments of the Arizona Grand to see who is primarily on their phones. Through direct observation of people, we were able to identify how prevalent the usage of mobile devices are. The
