On 11/25/16 at approximately 0010 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, responded to 4211 58th Avenue Bladensburg, Prince George’s County, Maryland for a check of welfare.
Upon my arrival along with Pfc. Vichich #327, knocked on the door, were the noise was coming from Officers made contact with Ms. Yolanda Balmes, who was later identified in apartment #6. I, Officer Humphries noticed blood on Ms. Balmes clothing, we entered the apartment and noticed blood throughout the apartment.
Officers asked Ms. Balmes who, was in the bathroom she applied her boyfriend, Mr. Joshua Anaya, who was later identified. Mr. Anaya had blood all over his hand and, was very intoxicate. While in progress of the investigation Mr. Anaya came at me in an aggressive manner
