A feeling of desperation and lonesomeness, coming to the realization that you would do anything and everything with all of your mental and physical power to fit in. Including changing everything that makes you who you are. Being a “Stranger in the village” is difficult to endure, and some people are not capable of handling the desolation. When moving from state to state, it’s understandable that one might feel alone, but in most circumstances after spending sometime in a new place, a person will begin to befriend new people and separating themselves from others. During the eighteen years I have lived my experiences have been fairly sheltered. I have never traveled out of the country, eaten exotic foods, or gone skydiving; consequently, I haven’t met many people of special interest. Not to say the people I have met are not interesting, on the contrary, most of the people I have come to know all have their own unique stories and experiences; however, I never did meet anyone quite like Miss May. To this day I can’t pinpoint what exactly it was about her that intrigued me so much, maybe it was her rich brown hair and almond-shaped eyes, or how she pronounced candy more like “kehn-dee”, or it definitely could have been the way her eyes lit up when she smiled—still she will always remain a mystery to me.…

While Abigail is to blame for her actions, the true root of her motivation can be traced back to John Proctor. He cheated on his wife with Abigail but broke it off after she found out, causing her to want his wife out of the way so she could be with him.…

An internship is normally a work task a student completes after a series of classes to gain a degree in a particular field they think they’ll love, whether they still love it after they’ve completed that journey is based upon a multitude of criteria. Especially when reading about a profession on paper versus seeing it up closer in real life. When I started college, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to study or achieve with my life.…
