Focus: Myra will adjust to the home and community. Ms. Smalls (MHP) and Ms. Simmons (MHS) discuss effective intervention.
Intervention: MHP and MHS discuss effective interventions used in the home. MHP asks for MHS to provide information how Myra responds to redirection and interventions used in the home. MHP encourage MHS to continue providing support and examples of appropriate behaviors.
Response: MHS explain teaching several coping skills to Myra like journaling, personal time outs and positive thinking. MHS report allowing Myra to process the incident at the visits with MHP assist Myra changing her views. MHS report not getting into power struggles with Myra which help teach boundaries.
Progress: MHS report Myra is making improvement
