I believe that diversity is all about embracing individuality in terms of lifestyle, intellect, religion, and ethnicity. In addition, I feel that it is necessary to promote narratives that favour inclusion and erase ones that perpetuate negative stereotypes and advance exclusion. By doing this, we will help ensure a colourful and fruitful society. My own diversity is important to me because I see the advantages of having a variety of people working together. It leads to the production of more resourceful ideas that are inclusive in nature.
