Personal Reflective Essay: How Creativity Has Made Its Connections

Creativity is what drives many of us to do what we love and show who we are. Art has many different forms of creativity, which is why each piece of art shows an original technique that captures the eyes of many. An artist shows there creativity through each technique and individual aspect of what is created. I will be going through main parts of my own life to show where and how creativity has made its connections. Then I will discuss how I understand the skills that were given to us from the first three sections of this course. Lastly I will show you how creativity works into my job right now and the job I am hoping to gain after I finish school with three different outside research examples. When I first started my artistic interest my family would tell me how great I was doing and that I have a special talent. I started my creativity draw my family and of course coloring it in to give the drawing life. I would give the item to them so they knew how much they meant to me and how grateful I am for their support. But one day my grandma came to me and asked me to create a video for my grandpa’s visitation. This was my first time ever getting to create something and put my personal touch to it. When it was finished I had realized I had something special and I knew what I was meant to do in life. Sometimes you never know but our family can help spark a true creative side from us to allow us to see that true creative imagination within.
