Writer inquired about RT's missed appointments with writer in the last two weeks and RT claims that he just wanted some time alone. RT informed writer that he is good and that he has been doing a lot of resting. RT informed writer that the Physical was complete and he provided writer with the completed physical form from his PCP. RT was not communicating much. RT stated " I am just feeling tired". Writer had also spoken to RT's housing CM Darlene pn 6/14/16, and CM informed writer that she was looking into getting RT into Cornerstone drug treatment program. Writer also informed CM Darlene that she was awaiting RT's physical to move forward in the process of trying to get RT into an Outpatient or Inpatient drug treatment program as well. CM
