I have grown professionally as well as personally as a new graduate nurse in this first rotation. I undertake duties within my scope of practice and foster positive attitude and level-headed approach in emergency/non-emergency situations. I recognised my own limitations by asking myself if I can safely perform the task and seek guidance/policies if unsure. I have exhibited professionalism by advocating the Ramsay Way values by valuing integrity, credibility and taking pride as an employee of Ramsay
