I have known Leroy for over 14 years. I met him through my husband. They became friends in college. Leroy is outgoing, open-minded, and trustworthy. He has a positive attitude and is always eager to help anyone in need.
Leroy has shown respect, understanding and kindness in his interaction with children and the elderly. At play dates with our kids he is always making sure the kids are happy, safe and having fun.
Leroy would be an excellent foster parent. He is a great father to his kids and a wonderful godfather to my youngest daughter. He has been a supportive friend to our family. I know he could offer a loving, stable and nurturing home environment for any child trusted to his care.
