I have spoken with the local DCF manager,Carol Hiskin, and she informed me yesterday that the approval process is about half complete and should be completed shortly. She also said mom is qualified which is a great relief to her and all of us as she certainly needs the wonderful care she is getting at Presbyterian Manor in Arkansas City.
