I’m trustworthy and adhere to patient confidentiality standards. Working for the Trust has given me the opportunity to look after people of all races; cultures and gender who suffer from severe enduring mental issues that require holistic care. I have good initiative and excellent organisational skills and full of positive and caring attitude towards service users, colleagues and services. I’m an optimistic person with positive attitude towards life and work. • I attend interviews and appointments with service users and on some occasions escorting them to court
• Ensuring a caring flexible approach in discussing their mental health and other related issues.
• Assessing the care needs of patients.
• Implementation and evaluation of care plans and risk assessments.
• Working with service-users in a multi-professional setting.
• Looking after patients with severe and enduring mental illnesses.
• Liaising with other health care professionals, housing, police, justice system, benefits and social workers.
