Earth is extraordinarily diverse. We see examples of diversity in society as well as the animal kingdom. Not one living organism is completely alike with another, everyone and everything is different in their own unique way. Predators think and act significantly differently than their herbivorous prey, the same examples are seen within societies workforce because each employee works and reacts individually to problems. It is important to have strong solid connection with your work and/or teammates in order to solve challenges and obstacles as efficiently as possible. Group analysis is based on the view that deep lasting change can occur within a carefully formed group whose combined teamwork reflects the wider norms of society. Group analysis is concerned with the relationship between an individual and the group he or she belongs to. Our groups strengths includes a numerous amount of things. For example we are all determined, flexible, focused, helping, open minded and team oriented. I believe we could fix them if we really tried. The biggest weaknesses we have are that we often get off topic and when we have a set meeting time some of us are late. We always meet multiple times before our presentation and usually at every meeting we get off task and start talking about our personal lives. Even though it is great that we get along, we need to work on finishing all of our work, then we can talk and hangout. Our other weakness of being late to meetings is a problem because sometimes we all have different things going on and can only meet for a certain period of time. That is why it is important to be on time when we have a set schedule that everyone agreed on. With a group conversation I am sure we will be able to fix those flaws, no
