I think there's a huge gang problem in Scarborough/ the GTA. Almost every main intersection is claimed but a gang. That being said, a lot of gangs are being created. Building heat between one and another. The outstanding amount of shoot outs that have took place in public areas the last few years is ridiculous. From busy malls to neighbourhood cookouts. People dying over reaping they're gangs or neighbourhoods and having their body's being discovered at a local park. Not only do they hurt each other, but also the innocent people around them.
