A collateral interview was conducted with Ms. Kerrin Simmons, significant other of Mr. Hartmann. Ms. Simmons is a 29 year old individual who was raised in Holbrook and Brentwood, NY. She is currently enrolled in a fitness program to become a fitness trainer.

Ms. Simmons reported that she has never been married. She stated that she has an eight year old son Craig, who has little contact with his father. Ms. Simmons stated that she is a stay at home mother, she indicated that Mr. Hartman supports her and her son.

Ms. Simmons reported that she has a history of arrest. She stated in 2009, she was arrested for grand larceny. She reported that she used her mother’s credit card and was convinced for criminal mischief. In 2010, she was arrested
