Being a MCIOB gives me accreditation of my experience and knowledge. It means to me that I am at the top of my profession and a member of a professional community. Also, becoming MCIOB is a requirement towards a successful career path. Moreover, it opens up future career options. I shall demonstrate heightened leadership and serve as a qualified expert. Accordingly, I shall participate in all CIOB's local CPD events and workshops, that would enrich my knowledge. Then, I would be able to lead and guide my colleagues. Finally, Being a MCIOB is an achievement , which will support me working for the benefit of construction industry and society needs.
