Because program is focused on the individual level, program would require a reasonable size staff that could manage large caseloads. Also, this program is what ex-offenders would want to be a part of so they could let go of their past and move on in society. To get a better understand of how this program would be ran, step by step initiatives will be implemented to show the vision of program.
1. Each offender who wish to participate record would be evaluated to see a pattern in their criminal conduct. We would be able to find out if the offender has a mental diagnosis and place them in a program that caters to their needs
2. Each offender who wish to participate would meet with an intake coordinator to discuss their reason for needing our services. It would be an interview session to get information about the offender’s history and reason for committing and what they expect from our services.

Also, the program would need a program director to oversee the program and to make sure it operates to the standards or the goal and objective. Each one of these positions require trained professionals. We will also have limited vacancies for 2 Interns. Depending on the location of the program, the salaries would be different. For instance, employees who are located in the north salaries would be more than an employee in the south.
Program Implementation and Monitoring
Program implementation means to initiate and take action steps to get something started. “As for monitoring, it refers to collection of information to determine to what degree the program or policy design was carried out as planned (The book).” Having a direct plan makes it easier to follow. Implementing plans and taking action let’s people know that program coordinators are serious about the cause.
