The patient is a 16 year old male who presented to the ED with an attempted suicide by taking 20 Melatonin pills and drinking some Clorox. Patient reports wanting to harm himself.

During the time of assessment the patient was sitting upright in his bed with his grandmother and mother in the room. The patient reports his girlfriend who he has known for 2 year prior to them dating, recently broken up with him. The patient reports that his girlfriend and him have been dating for about 3 months and for the past 2 weeks he has notice changes in her behavior.
