Some people believe or argue that the universe and life originated “from specific acts of divine creation” (“Creation Tips”). But, how can that be true when you have physical evidence such as Fossils, DNA, and natural selection?
In theory, evolution is a more logical and believable argument than creationism because evidence such as fossils, DNA, and natural selection can support the theory much better than a book that has been translated into different languages. Evolution can be seen in almost every living thing, …show more content…
Some may argue that an animal can’t go from a land mammal to living in the ocean, but it can be said that the vestigial limb that is found in a whale proves that it indeed can and did evolve to match their surrounding. Whether that be a change in their environment caused them to leave their original habitat
Over time, animals will learn to adapt to their ever changing environment or they will die, this is called natural selection. Natural selection is commonly described as survival of the fittest. Examples include moths and how pollution will affect their color, which allows them to change to match their environment. Meaning that only the moths with the most helpful traits will survive hence “survival of the fittest”. Natural selection is also a part of evolution, in the fact that it shows how only the species with the most useful traits would be able to reproduce offsprings more adaptable to
