Introduction: Evolution the change over a period of time is important because it demonstrates scientist the need of our ancestors for a certain body part that humans do not need which are called vestigial structure. One of the main evidence regarding evolution is fossils. Fossils are mostly used to determine structure similar animals have that humans have in order to draw conclusions. Another evidence is blood which generally shows similarity in the dna of two different mammals. The purpose of the lab is to examine skulls and see how they relate to each other and find similarities between each other. Using skulls show the structures of each.
