Hi Dee, I have to admit to you that I have also never done any research in my life to this extent. During this course, I felt, as I am sure my family felt the same way that I ate, slept and was breathing research. I am so passionate about childhood obesity and was amazed to find through my research that nurses were not comfortable nor did they feel that they had the training to help decrease this nations problem of childhood obesity. In order for school nurse to be able to help children stay healthy and grow up to be healthy adults they have to decrease childhood obesity throughout schools in America.
