Overall, I enjoyed your presentation from the layout and background to the details provided. Evidence-Based Practices are well known throughout the history of corrections and it is also a known fact that some work while other don't. Furthermore, you mentioned the most used programs in corrections today. In my opinion, Thinking for a Change (T4C) is effective and require minimal skills level to understand the material. This class is taught at its best by individuals who been through similar situations and overcome there struggle through the teaching of the class.
