I have completed a graduate certificate in acute care nursing in 2016, which assisted my practice to evaluate and use the knowledge I gained from this course to manage complex situations and patients in guiding me in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of my evidence based nursing care.

I also actively pursue my own professional development by attending different learning experiences such as going to in-services and enrolling to various courses both internally through the hospital and also externally such as conferences, which I believe, would be beneficial in the promotion of safe nursing care relevant to 3 East patients.
