As I have worked in the healthcare industry I understand how important the doctors and other providers are to the patients. After completing the T-Box it is easier to see the inputs and the outputs of my organization. The inputs, processes, and outputs from the T-Box gives a constant combination of resources, effergy, and technology (Nassar, 2007). Offering great customer service and providing home healthcare equipment is an input. In my organization at Apria Healthcare the input would be the physicans, patients, and employees. The physicans have continous education in medical school that they must obtain in order to treat patients. The processes includes providing home healthcare equipment for patients that need supplies in order to be in their home instead of the hospital. By us giving excellent customer service to our patients like delivering equipment after hours. Lastly, our output is having satisfied patients which is our number one goal. By working smarter and being more efficiently rather than working harder to accomplish the primary goal is best for yourself and the organization.
