When I post my event description and research question I got feedback from Joanne Joyce. They advised me to focus on the enablers and barriers to care staff using manual handling techniques in aged care. one of my friends sent me a feed back that,maual handling is a crucial aspect of patient safety and especially important and useful in aged care as clients often need a lot of physical assistance with the activities of daily living.cosidering these feedbacks, I realized that there are many challenges for the staffs working in an aged care. There are lots of complex needs for the residents and rules and protocols .the care staff using manual handling techniques and heavy equipments are always at the risk of health and safty.there are lot of ways to implement safe working environment and of course consequences for it.Thre are many rules for the employers to provide a good and safe working environment for both the residents and the care staffs. These experiences and different ways of knowing helped me to refine my research
