Somehow Similar to Eve White, the Yellow paper narrator has the superego features. She’s passive and repressed. She is the child of her environment which represented by her husband who’s a doctor that wins all arguments with her, beside her sister in order to control her condition. Though this is not what she’s looking to be, she doesn’t want to be the lack of control on herself. Personally, I see the narrator see herself through the woman behind the paper the model she wishes to be. She wants to be like the woman behind the paper, able to move and living revolutionary against the barriers. She wants to be free, not controlled by anyone and able to make her own decisions, as a result she’s seeing all these features that she’s missing in the
