It provided and prove that time management can positively associate with perceived control of time in workplace, job satisfaction and health, and as well impact negatively to stress. Time management can enhance a person management skills and help develop more effective time management in practices and many other ways. Due to the ever increasing competition in the work market today, time management is essential because it can bring brighter opportunities of being successful in work industry. Managing time effectively helps to develop a better personality in an organization (Claessens, et al., 2007; Abban, 2011).
