The transformation of Dubai was in terms of its speed, scope, scale and mainly in the vision of Sheikh Mohammed. The economic growth came under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed as holding ultimate control as a ruler and a business man. Leadership can be defined as drives that provides clear vision, strategy and direction in order to achieve the common goal of sustainable future (Opoku, Cruickshank & Ahmed, 2015). While leadership style can be defined as the way in which leader provide direction and motivate people(Riggio & Reichard, 2008). According to the case study, the most influential people in Sheikh Mohammed life were his father and grandfather. This is because all of them earned a power through the Al Maktoum family dynasty and traditions knowledge were transferred from generation to generation. As my point of view, Sheikh Mohammed came from Strong family, so I believe that his personality was formed because of the trust that was given to him and also his intelligence. In regard to this point, Ermisch and Gambetta (2010) showed that people with strong families have high level of trust and strong personality. But, I argue that will not happen in all families because it depends on the person
