For my sophomore seminar class I took two different tests to help me learn more about my character and personality. The first test that I took was the VIA survey. Along with this, I should be able to work with anyone – whether or not I like them – and be fair to them in any situation. In doing so, I also need to remember my values and take those into account when I make any decision. More than anything, I want my strengths and personality to help me gain the confidence needed so that I do not second guess any of my answers. I may not know what my “dream job” is, but whenever I find it these are the qualities that I want to have when I get
