. What experiences, if any, have you had doing event planning for individuals or organizations? -I have been in many student organizations such as my school 's past GSA, literary magazine, and art club, and helped in planning a multitude of events spanning from creating contests for students to be able to interact with the organization to full on events wiht food, music, and different tables filled with activities for people to enjoy. I mostly have worked in partnership with at least of a few other individuals and sometimes even a fairly large group to plan events and fundraisers.

2. What do you feel are crucial components when doing event planning for individuals or organizations? -Communication is key when planning an event and not

I know that Sex Out Loud often teams up with other student organizations like PAVE and the Campus Women 's Center and my experience with teaming up with other organizations by supporting them through events would build an even stronger connection with these groups and aid in the organization to become more widespread in order to help others.

7. What previous experience, if any, do you have specifically with Sex Out Loud, and how would you use that experience in this staff position? -I have been volunteering at Sex Out Loud for about three months now and I 've participated in multiple events that Sex Out Loud has set up including Condoms and Candy and tabling. Throughout this time I have been able to observe the way the organization functions and I would be able to adapt to the environment quickly which in turn would help me jump right into helping create and plan events. Since I set my mind on the same track that my other teammates have, I would be able to contribute new ideas to the group.
