Greg is a 25 years old student at University of Technology Sydney who has been attending his local gym for the past 2 weeks going through cardio exercises only. Two years ago, Greg used to play soccer for his local team but stopped due to the lack of free time on his schedule and since then he hasn’t been involved in any activity. He now has finished his last semester at the university and is looking for a training program that will help him achieve a bigger body. Greg is 1.83 m tall and tips that scale with 78 kg.
