The results of a Pearson correlation test shows that Conscientiousness (M=5.01, SD=1.07) has a significant positive relationship with body satisfaction (r =.142, p < .01). This means that the higher the level of Conscientiousness, the higher the level of body satisfaction. The results also show that Neuroticism (M= 3.45, SD= 1.07) has a significant negative relationship with body satisfaction (r= -.356, p < .01). This means that the higher the level of Neuroticism, the lower the level of body satisfaction.

This report focuses on the HEXACO personality traits of Conscientiousness and Neuroticism and its links with body satisfaction.The hypotheses predicted in this report are consistent with the results and are in line with previous literature findings. The result shows that there is a significant correlation linking between the personality traits of Conscientiousness and Neuroticism with body satisfaction.

As predicted, people with high Conscientiousness tend to have a high body satisfaction.
In taking a closer look at the statistical result, it was noted that there is an correlation associated between the prediction and the previous literature findings by Roberts & Good (2010) and Mohsen et al., (2014). Looking at the results of the finding and previous literatures findings, it is apparent that people with high Conscientiousness perceives high body satisfaction.
